talent or agencies will bring me into the studio, not to perform
or produce, but to direct. The right Director makes all the
difference by drawing performances out of the actor that are
often surprising, even to the talent. |

| When
our studio isn't being used for local or ISDN sessions, I coach
voice talent one-on-one. While some voice coaches dwell on the
mechanics of voiceover, my approach is more actor-oriented and
focuses on interpreting the material through your own emotions
and experience. Anyone can read words on a page and physically
manipulate their voice. What I'm after is true oral interpretation.
That's where the real magic happens. |
